How to Determine What Style Restaurant Table Bases You Need

When considering purchasing restaurant furniture, many new restaurants start with considering the style of restaurant tables they want. 2. X-base, T-base or Round Table Bases

A cross base (called as X-base) looks like an X on the bottom where the base sits on the floor. A round table base is having a large round plate at a point of contact to the floor. Round bases are usually heavier in comparison to other table bases. They are considering of better quality from certain types of tables. Provision of two or more X-bases under large table can effectively support the weight and size of the table. In case of round base purchase, you have to be sure that the base is smaller than the table top. The edges of the round base should not be crossing the table top edges. 3. Indoor or outdoor

Most table bases are having either round or x-base style with a common color of silver or black. Since they are very similar in look, restaurant owners may not know the appropriate place for the table bases. There are table bases that are made for indoor use, and others that are manufactured for the outdoors. The ones manufactured for outdoors are generally made from aluminum or stainless steel. Indoor metal bases are manufactured from steel painted with black lacquer and these bases could easily rust if placed outdoors.
