When you submit your "add to quote" an email will be sent to us, and your personal customer service representative will review your desired products, contact you for shipping information and required item information, and create an individual shipping quote.

Orders under $1,000 minimum for cart checkout

We only sell to commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, churches, coffee shops and any type of business that needs dining furniture.  The majority of our orders are bulk quantity which exceed $1,000 needed for online checkout.  The reason we have a $1,000 minimum is that bulk orders save on freight.  Our Add to Quote system is set up so if your order can't reach $1,000, you can send us your quote, and we can discuss best products, options and shipping.

Best freight rates

Because we work with a wide variety of shipping partners and have negotiated the best shipping rates from these carriers, our experienced sales representatives create an individualized freight quote for each order choosing the carrier with the least expensive shipping.  Many orders ship from multiple warehouses which increases freight rates, and many times our sales representatives can find similar product options from another warehouse saving on freight rates.

Designer sample orders

Many of our designers and architects customers need to purchase samples from us under $1,000 to review with their hospitality clients before proceeding with a bulk order.  We happily fulfill these sample orders.  Simply add your products to your quote, submit it to us and let us know you're a business customer needing samples and we'll contact you shortly. It's that simple!

Products with custom sizes 

We carry a large quantity or products that require customization.  Some of our bestsellers, such as wood butcher block tables, are custom manufactured.  We offer COM options on chairs, booths and barstools which means you can select exactly the pattern and color you want for your restaurant seating.  These types of orders all require personal customer service and contact with a representative from our experienced customer care team.

Orders needing personal guidance

Many customers, especially first time buyers of restaurant or hospitality furniture, don't know all of the considerations there are when buying furniture.  For example, when shopping for tables, commercial tables are sold separately from the table base.  The table base must properly support the weight and size of the table selected, and often more than one base is necessary for proper support.  This is where the "add to quote" is ideal.  If you submit your quote with products that won't work together, a sales representative will contact you to offer advice and alternatives so you cannot make a mistake.

No credit card required

In "add to quote", you don't need to give us your credit card initially.  We receive and review your quote, check that combination of products selected will work together, create an individual shipping quote and contact you.  Once you and your sales representative have a finalized sales order, we will request your credit card information and payment.

We also offer cart checkout for busy customers who prefer ordering on online checkout system with a credit card.

Orders over $1,000 minimum

For customers ordering a large quantity of one single item type shipping to a single location, checking out with credit card can be fast and easy.  Review the total amount for your freight and shipping before you check out.  If items purchased need customization or have a lead time, an experienced sales representative will be contacting you for information.

In-stock item bulk orders

For customers who simply need a quantity of in-stock items, cart checkout can be great.  If your order meets the $1,000 minimum, simply checking out online with your credit card can save you time.

Quick ship item bulk orders

Our great collection of quick ship items are probably the best option for checking out onlline.  If your selected products are over $1,000, quick ship items require little customization, usually ship within 2 days and can get delivered to you within a week. If you are busy business owner, quick ship items with online checkout can be fast.
