A) Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Q) What types of payment to do you accept?
A) Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q) Can you mail me a catalog?
A) No, our catalog is online at this time. All of our products are listed and pictured online. We update our catalog frequently, keeping our catalog up-to-date with our latest products and information. Due to the frequency of catalog updates, it is not cost efficient to produce catalogs for mailing.

A) No. We only sell to the hospitality trade.

Q) How much is shipping/freight? (How do you determine freight rates)
A) Frieght is determined based on zip code, weight, and type of shipping. We do our best to figure the most cost efficient shipping rates based on the previously mentioned information.
